What's the Best Linux Distro for Hosting a Project Zomboid Dedicated Server?

I'm currently hosting a Project Zomboid server on Windows, but it's using up a lot of RAM—around 3GB. I can't allocate 10GB just for the server, so I'm looking for a lightweight Linux distribution that can help me run this server more efficiently. Any recommendations?
