I'm using a Phantom Spirit 120SE cooler and I'm trying to figure out the most common order for installation. I'm concerned that if I install the cooler before the motherboard, it might complicate things when connecting the PSU cables later. What do most people recommend? Should I install the CPU cooler before or after the motherboard?

For larger coolers, it's generally better to install them after the motherboard is in the case. It can be tricky fitting everything in with a big cooler already attached. Plus, routing power and fan cables is easier without the cooler in the way.
