Hey everyone! I'm looking for recommendations on the best thermal paste currently available that works well with the AMD 9950X3D processor. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks! 😀

It really doesn't matter that much, to be honest. Most thermal pastes show less than a 2°C difference in performance, so you might not notice much. If you're using a cooler that comes with a paste, it should do the job just fine!
I recommend using MX-7 in an X pattern for a good application. It spreads well and offers solid performance.
You can go with whatever brand works for you, like MX or Grizzly. Just make sure to apply it properly so it covers the entire surface of the heat sink.
If you're looking for the best thermal transfer, liquid metal is unbeatable for heat sinks, better than traditional silver compounds. But if that's not an option for you, Arctic and Thermal Grizzly silver pastes are pretty comparable.

Thanks for the info! I’ve heard about liquid metal being risky since it's electrically conductive, but I’d love to explore it. Any recommendations on which liquid metal brands are safe to use with my CPU?
