What’s the Best Upgrade for My 5-Year-Old PC?

I've got a 5-year-old gaming setup with the following specs: a 2060 Super GPU, AMD Ryzen 7 3700x CPU, 16 GB of RAM, and a 1.5 TB SSD powered by an NZXT H1 PSU. Given current RAM prices, I'm looking for suggestions on what I could upgrade to boost performance without changing my GPU. Also, I've been experiencing some overheating issues with my cooler showing 'N/A' in BIOS metrics—any ideas on that?

If you're not keen on upgrading your GPU, your best bet would be to upgrade the CPU. Something like a Ryzen 5600X or even a 5800X could really help out where you're CPU-limited. Just make sure to update your motherboard's BIOS for compatibility!

Upgrading the GPU usually gives the most significant performance boost, but since you're not considering that, I’d recommend looking into a CPU upgrade, too. The 5700X or 5800X are solid choices, depending on your budget and whether you mainly game or do productivity work.

I appreciate the suggestion! I'm mainly gaming, so I want something that handles that well.
