I'm looking to set up a little streaming website with just three streamers at most, and I don't need to save any of the video from the streams. I'm wondering what website builder or hosting service would be best for this? I know I might not be asking the best questions, but if anyone has YouTube tutorials or resources to help me out, that would be great! My budget is only a few thousand dollars, so I'm hoping to do as much of the work myself as possible.

Have you thought about the number of viewers? If you’re expecting 25 to 100 live viewers, that might help narrow down your options. What kind of viewers are you targeting?

You could use WebRTC for peer-to-peer connections or Websockets for a client/server model. It all comes down to how you want to structure your site. Just remember, you don't need to go all out on hardware if you're not planning for massive scalability.
