I'm super excited about getting the new iPhone 17 Pro Max when it releases soon! Last time I preordered the iPhone 12, the app got stuck on a loading screen, and I ended up having to buy it online for pickup the next day. I've heard that using the app is the best method for preordering, but I'm unclear on what to do if it freezes again. Should I force quit the app or just wait? I want to make sure I'm ready this time so that I can grab my new phone right on release day!
