I'm trying to open a 7z file, but I'm unable to install any software like 7zip. I've attempted to use browser options, but that hasn't worked for me. I've also tried various apps from the Microsoft Store, but none have been successful so far. Can anyone suggest a website or another method to extract this file?

You might want to try the portable version of 7zip from portableapps.com. This way, you can use it without installing anything on your device.
If you can't install 7zip, check out the website extract.me. It works pretty well for unzipping files without needing any software installation.
You could consider using NanaZip from the Microsoft Store. It's available there and might do the trick!
Another option is ZArchiver, which is specifically designed for devices like tablets. It should be suitable if you're having trouble with the standard apps.
