I recently switched to SteamOS and I'm trying to download Fight Night Champion using RPCS3. I already have the ROM file, but I'm unsure about how to unzip a .7z file in Linux or SteamOS. Any help would be appreciated!

If you're more comfortable with a graphical interface, I recommend trying PeaZip. You can find it in the Discover software center, and it's pretty user-friendly for unzipping various file formats.

If you're looking to unzip .7z files, P7ZIP is a solid choice. It’s designed to work with these types of files, especially since they were originally made for Windows. You can easily install it using your package manager.

I noticed you’re on SteamOS, so while Ark is installed by default, you might find it easier just to switch to a different distro if you encounter too many issues. Alternatives like Bazzite or Nobara could simplify things for you.
