My Thermalright air cooler seems to have stopped working, and I'm considering switching to an AIO mainly for the appearance and RGB lighting. I'm currently using a Ryzen 5 7600 and may upgrade the processor eventually, but not anytime soon. What white RGB AIO would you recommend for a beginner that's relatively easy to install and offers strong cooling performance?

You don’t really need a huge AIO for a Ryzen 5 7600. A decent 240mm unit is already more than enough and should also handle likely upgrades such as a 7800X3D or 9800X3D. Since performance differences will be fairly small for your use case, I’d prioritize a model that fits your case, has good mounting hardware, and matches the white RGB look you want.
The Corsair Nautilus 360 is another good option if it’s reasonably priced where you live. It offers plenty of cooling capacity and should be approachable for a first-time installation, but double-check your case’s radiator and tubing clearance before buying.
An air cooler itself usually doesn’t stop working since it’s mostly just a heatsink. The fan is the only moving part, so if temperatures suddenly increased or the fan stopped spinning, replacing the fan may be all you need.
That makes sense—I hadn’t really thought about the heatsink and fan as separate parts.
For the best raw cooling performance, the Arctic Liquid Freezer 3 is an excellent choice. Its thicker radiator and strong fans help it perform so well, although that extra thickness can cause clearance problems in some cases, especially with a top-mounted radiator and a motherboard close to the case roof. For a more appearance-focused build, the Corsair iCUE LINK models offer attractive lighting and customization. If you want a pump display, options such as the ASUS ROG Ryuo 4 or Thermalright Wonder Vision are worth considering.
The Thermalright Wonder Vision is also worth a look if you want a screen. It costs less than some of the premium options and I prefer its RGB design.
A 240mm AIO can handle even higher-end AM5 chips in many builds. A 360mm model only makes more sense if you specifically want the extra radiator size or are using it as an exhaust.
