I'm looking for recommendations on a cheap and compact GPU that can run Cyberpunk 2077 on high settings at 1080p. I want to achieve at least 30fps, but ideally between 30-40fps would be perfect. Old non-RTX cards are fine too. Right now, I'm using an Intel UHD 730 with an i5 12400 and I've got a 550w PSU. My budget is around ¥12000 max. Any suggestions?

For achieving 30+ fps, the RTX 3050 6GB is about the minimum you'd want to consider. You could also look at some used options like the RTX 3050 8GB, RTX 2060, or RX 6600, all of which should work well for your needs.
My wife uses an RTX 3050 (the original 8GB) with a Ryzen 3500 and she plays Cyberpunk surprisingly well. The DLSS feature really helps to boost performance, definitely something to consider!
I found a used 6600XT for about $150 – it's a fantastic card for that price and should give you great performance.
If you're aiming for 40-50fps, I'd suggest the RTX 3050 8GB or the RTX 2060. Both are solid options for your price point. The RX 5700 is another viable choice, though the 2060 Super and 5700XT might be a bit above your budget.
