I need to ship a gaming PC and want it to arrive safely without damaging the internal components. The system has an AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D, Sapphire Radeon RX 7900 XT 20GB, Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE cooler, Corsair RM750e 750W fully modular power supply, and a Montech XR mid-tower case. I don't have the original packaging for the graphics card, and I'd prefer the computer to arrive ready to plug in if possible. What should I remove, what can I use to support the inside, and how should I pack the case?

If you absolutely need to leave the components installed, use purpose-made expanding foam packing bags inside the case, but make sure there is enough clearance for them to expand. Don’t use loose packing peanuts, towels, or anything that can shift around. Double-box the computer with closed-cell foam between the inner and outer boxes, and fill every gap so the case cannot move.
Removing the graphics card is strongly recommended even if you don’t have its factory packaging. Put it in an anti-static bag, surround it with several layers of firm bubble wrap or foam, and place it in a small box that prevents movement. The same applies to the tower cooler. If you leave either one installed, shipping damage is much more likely, and no internal packing method is completely risk-free.
The graphics card and CPU cooler are both very large, so I’m worried the foam won’t have enough room to expand without pushing against them.
