I'm trying to set up Windows from a USB 3 flash drive, but it's been stuck on the starting Windows screen for an hour. I don't remember it taking this long in the past. Is this normal, or could something be wrong?

Typically, Windows setup should load in just a few minutes, so if it's taking an hour, something might be off. Are you sure the flash drive is working properly?
Have you tried using a different USB port or even restarting the setup? Sometimes ports can be finicky, especially with boot drives. It might help!
