I'm currently using job boards like Indeed and LinkedIn to find work, but I'm hoping to discover more platforms. I have 6 years of experience in DevOps and 20 years total experience, based in Brazil. I'm also open to relocation but would need visa sponsorship. Any recommendations on where else I should look?

You might want to check out platforms like AngelList and Stack Overflow Jobs, as well as remote job boards like We Work Remotely. These often have startups that are willing to sponsor visas and are on the lookout for experienced DevOps talent.
Wow, that's a lot of work just to find jobs! How's that working out for you? Are you landing any interviews?
For my job search, especially in the US, I use some pretty complex workflows with tools like GitHub Copilot and a custom setup to automate job searching on various platforms. I can scrape job listings from ATS platforms directly and filter roles based on my experience level. Even then, it's still a challenge to land interviews! So, definitely don’t feel discouraged—talent matching can be tough!
I think your best approach could be networking directly. Get involved in Slack communities, forums related to Kubernetes, Terraform, or AWS, and visit places like GitHub where your tech stack gets discussed. Recruiters often hang out in these spaces, and that way you get to interact with real people instead of sending resumes into a void. For options in Latin America, check out RemoteOK or Toptal, as they might have companies that sponsor visas, though it's a bit rare. Also, the whole high availability joke would have been funnier if job searching was that straightforward!
Great tips! I’ll definitely try the Slack communities.

Totally agree! Networking can be much more effective than just applying online.
