I just updated my Windows, and now all my folders like Downloads and Documents are missing! I can only see them in the quick access panel, but they're not in my usual locations anymore. This has happened before, and I managed to restore them through the registry, but this time nothing works. I've tried adding keys and other fixes without success. Can anyone help me out with this? What else can I try to get my folders back?

Check if you have OneDrive enabled. Your folders might just be stored there under the OneDrive directory in your user profile. The quick access panel just shows shortcuts to those locations, so it looks like they're missing, but they're actually just redirected to OneDrive.

How can I retrieve them if that's the case?
