I'm trying to decide between the AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D and the AMD Ryzen 9 9800X3D to pair with my 9070XT graphics card. Any advice on which one is the better choice?

It really depends on the price you're looking at. Both processors are solid choices, but if the 9800X3D is only around $50 to $80 more, I'd say it's worth the upgrade. Just make sure it's not priced too steeply, like more than $150 extra or something.
