I'm currently using the stock cooler for my i5-10400F, and it's hitting temperatures of 87°C under load. I'm considering upgrading to one of these coolers:
- Hyper 212 Spectrum V3
- Hyper 212 Black Edition
- Hyper 212 Halo Black
- Cooler Master ML120 AIO RGB
- A random Chinese dual tower cooler with 6 heat pipes and 3 fans
They're all the same price where I live, so I'm looking for advice on which one would be the best choice for cooling. Please don't suggest any Thermalright or Deepcool models, as they're not available to me.

For your CPU, I think the Hyper 212 Halo Black should suffice. It’s a solid choice for cooling performance without being overly complicated.
Out of your options, I would go with the Hyper 212 Spectrum V3. It has great airflow at 71.93CFM, which is better than the AIO and the rest of the Hyper 212 variants in terms of cooling efficiency. The dual tower cooler might be good as well, but I'd choose the V3 for sure.
