Which CPU Should I Choose: 12700K or 14600K?

I'm considering an upgrade because I'm pushing my current CPU (a 12400) to 100% usage while multitasking. Microcenter has an open box 12700K for $140 and a 14600K for $160. Given their prices are similar, which one would be the better choice for multitasking and overall performance?
