I'm trying to decide between two setups: one with a Ryzen 7 7700 on a B650 S2H motherboard and another with an i5 14600KF on an H610M-E motherboard. Both will have the same RAM and SSD around the PNY 5070. Given this, which combo do you think would be better?

One of the benefits of going with AMD is that there’s better upgrade potential down the line. The Intel platform feels a bit outdated right now. If you’re set on these choices, stick with AMD for a more future-proof setup.
The i5 14600KF is a slightly stronger CPU, but if you’re thinking about future upgrades, the Ryzen setup is a more solid choice. Just keep in mind that both motherboards aren't the greatest options. Are these the only motherboards you’re considering?
