I'm trying to decide between Nuxt and Next for frontend web development in 2025. I'd love to hear your thoughts on which might be the better choice and why.

I'd definitely go with Nuxt! It's generally a more pleasant experience, and I just prefer the developer experience it offers with Vue.
Honestly, it doesn't matter too much. Both frameworks are commonly used, so just pick one and learn it.
I'm not a fan of either for backend use cases. If I need a backend, I lean towards Vue with Laravel. I don’t really see the need for Next or Nuxt if there’s no server-side database integration.
While both frameworks work well, I think Next is more widely used. If you're trying to boost your resume for job opportunities, it might be the better option.
I personally recommend Nuxt, especially if you use ShipAhe.ad's Nuxt boilerplate. It saves a ton of time by handling common features like authentication and payments, allowing you to focus on building.
