I'm looking to get into content creation, specifically streaming on Twitch and editing YouTube videos. I don't care too much about ray tracing, but I'm trying to decide between the 5070 Ti for $900 and the 9070 XT for $800 (including taxes). I've seen that their gaming performance is quite similar, but I'm struggling to find solid information on how they compare for content creation tasks. I know NVIDIA tends to be better in these scenarios, but is it worth spending an extra $100?

Absolutely, I'd say the 5070 Ti is worth the extra $100 for content creation. NVIDIA's NVENC encoding is really superior to AMD’s options, especially if you're streaming. Plus, their NVIDIA Broadcast feature is a huge benefit for streamers.
