I have about $200 USD to spend on a graphics card, and the best options I've found so far are the Radeon RX 5700 XT, Intel Arc A750, and GeForce RTX 2070. Which one offers the best overall value, especially for gaming?

The RX 5700 XT is still a capable gaming GPU and can perform very well for the money. The Arc A750 may be worth considering for AI workloads, but my personal gaming experience with it has been less consistent. Between these choices, I’d lean toward the RX 5700 XT or RTX 2070.
Before buying, I’d check used listings for a few weeks. An RTX 3060 Ti can sometimes be found close to $200 if you’re patient and negotiate, and it would be a better choice than all three options here.
You may also find newer Intel Arc B570 or B580 cards near that price. If those aren’t available, the RTX 2070 is the safest option from your current list.
