I'm looking to upgrade from my RX 1660 Super with a budget of about €500, though I can stretch to €550 if it's worthwhile. My current system has a Ryzen 7 5700X, 16GB of DDR4 memory, a 750W power supply, an X570 Aorus Pro motherboard, and a 1TB SSD. I mainly play Minecraft, racing games, and Counter-Strike, so I'm focused on smooth performance in relatively lightweight games. I'm open to both AMD and NVIDIA options.

The Radeon RX 9060 XT with 16GB of VRAM would be a solid fit. It should be comfortably within your budget, pair well with the 5700X, and give you plenty of performance for those games without needing to spend the full €550.

For NVIDIA, check the RTX 5060 Ti 16GB if it’s priced competitively where you live. It’s a reasonable alternative, although the RX 9060 XT 16GB or a discounted RX 9070-class card may offer better value for standard gaming performance.

If you want more performance and find one near your maximum budget, the Radeon RX 9070 GRE is worth considering. A regular RX 9070 could also be excellent, but it may be difficult to fit under €550 depending on local prices.

Do you have an NVIDIA recommendation around the same price?
