I'm trying to decide on the best GPU to pair with my 9600X processor. Should I go for the RX 7600, RTX 5050, or the Arc B580? My goal is to achieve consistent 240 FPS while also making sure I'm getting good value for my money.

Honestly, a used RTX 3070 would probably be a better investment than any of these options. It can give you better performance for the price.
The Arc B580 is technically the fastest option among these GPUs, but just keep in mind that Intel's drivers can sometimes struggle with providing consistent performance in older games. On the other hand, the RX 7600 and RTX 5050 offer comparable performance, with the RTX 5050 being a bit more power-efficient and having better upscaling support.
I've used the B580 for a couple of builds and it's been fantastic. I can run pretty much any game on high or ultra and still hit 60+ FPS at 1440p. Lowering to medium settings helps boost FPS even further, and with performance upscaling, I can go above that mark. Just a heads up, though: while newer games perform well, some older titles can be hit or miss due to driver issues.
