I'm looking to upgrade my GPU and I'm torn between a few options. I can get either the Asrock Challenger RX 9060 XT with 8GB for about $395, the 16GB version for around $520, or the MSI RTX 5060 with 8GB for $450. I've seen benchmarks suggesting that the 8GB might struggle with PCIe 3 due to CPU limitations, and the 16GB version would work better. However, my budget is capped at $450. Should I save more for the 16GB card, risking price inflation, or will the 8GB version be sufficient for modern AAA games at 1080p on Medium/High settings? My current setup includes a Ryzen 5 5600G CPU, 32GB RAM, and an older MSI RX 5600 XT 6GB GPU.

I wouldn't recommend the RTX 5060. It has x8 PCIe 4.0 lanes, which cuts the memory bandwidth in half, making its low VRAM particularly noticeable. Stick with the RX 9060 XT instead; it's a better bet for your setup.
