I'm looking to upgrade from my 7800 XT and my budget is around £800. I've found several 9070 XT cards on eBay for less than £600, but most 5070 Ti cards are priced over £700. The 9070 XT seems like a fantastic deal, but is the 5070 Ti worth the extra £200? I'm not really into ray tracing, but I'd like to have that option available.

In terms of value, the 9070 XT is hard to beat. But are you sure your 7800 XT isn't cutting it? I think a lot of people consider it still quite decent as a card.
Honestly, I used to have a 4090; switching back to the 7800 XT has been a bit of a challenge for me. I totally understand the urge to go for an upgrade!
The 7800 XT is comparable to the 3080, which I recently traded for a 9070 XT. That transition has given me about a 40-50% boost in game performance! I got mine for around $580 before prices soared.
