Hey everyone! I just got my hands on a new laptop equipped with an OLED HDR touchscreen and 32GB of RAM. I'm looking for recommendations on a Linux distribution that can effectively handle HDR and touch functionality while keeping resource usage low since I'll be running some memory-intensive applications. Any suggestions?

What kind of experience do you have with Linux? Mature HDR support is still developing, which can limit your options right now.
You might want to check out PikaOS or Fedora. Both of these should have good support for what you're looking for.
Another option is to dual boot. You could keep Windows on a separate drive and install Linux alongside it. Some distros you could try are CachyOS, Nobara, Bazzite, and Garuda. I suggest trying them out in no particular order and see which one you prefer.
