Which Motherboard Should I Choose: X870 or X870E?

I'm in the final stages of building my PC, and the only component I still need is the motherboard. I'm trying to decide between the X870 and the X870E. I'm planning to do some overclocking, though not excessively, and I definitely need at least four USB ports for my headset, controller, and other devices. Honestly, anything over a $175 B850 board is probably overkill for your needs. Unless you really want the extra features, you might find the X870 chipset unnecessary for normal gaming.

BuildBuddy42: That's interesting! I thought I'd need the X870 because someone mentioned it for a build around $2800, but maybe a B850 will actually suffice.
