Which Power Connector Should I Use for My 5070Ti?

Hey everyone, I need some advice regarding power connections for my 5070Ti. I've heard some reports about melting connectors (though they're rare), and I'm torn between using the cable that came with my Corsair RM750e power supply or the adapter cable that came with the GPU. I want to make sure I'm choosing the safest option. What do you think?

Every connector can fail, so it's better to use the one from the PSU. But just to clarify, you should be using the 600W 12V 2x6 (12+4 pin) connector from your RM750e for your Palit 5070Ti, right?

For sure, stick with the Corsair cables. I've got an RM850e, and I've never faced any issues using those cables. Just makes sense to keep things straightforward.

I agree, using the PSU cable is the way to go. Those adapter cables from the GPU aren't always the best quality. Plus, just make sure when you're plugging it in, it fits snugly. You should hear a click when it's secure.

Definitely go with the PSU cables. They're much safer since they have fewer points where things can fail. The less connections you have, the lower the risk of problems occurring.
