I'm building a new PC with an RTX 3080 and a Ryzen 5 7600X, and I'm trying to decide between two power supply options: the Corsair RM850X (2024 edition) and the Seasonic Focus GX-850. I need an 850-watt PSU for my setup. Which one do you think would be the better choice?

While both are great, unless you're planning on adding tons of hard drives, your current setup probably only needs about 600W. If your old PSU just died, going with an 850W is fine, but if you're thinking ahead for future upgrades, then it’s a smart choice. Just keep an eye on the prices!
Honestly, both PSUs are solid choices! If they’re priced similarly, you might want to check which one ranks better. If they're equally ranked, just pick the one you think looks nicer!
Yeah, my old PSU died, and I do have a lot of RGB fans—probably about 100 watts worth! So that's why I'm considering the higher wattage.
