I'm currently using a Sapphire RX 6600 XT Nitro and a Ryzen 7 7700, and I'm considering an upgrade to the RTX 5070. I have two options in my budget of $830 (including fees and shipping): the PNY RTX 5070 OC Triple Fan with 12GB and the ASUS SFF-Ready Prime GeForce RTX 5070 OC Edition with 12GB. I've heard they perform similarly, but the ASUS is designed for small form factors. I've never used PNY before, so I'm unsure which one to pick. Also, do you think I should consider a different GPU instead of the 5070?

I'd go with the PNY. There's hardly any FPS difference between the two unless you're looking at high-end overclocked models specifically.
I'd pick the card that's cheaper. Both of them are solid choices and have been around for a while, so pricing might be the deciding factor for you.
Honestly, I wouldn’t even recommend going for the 5070. It might not be worth the investment, especially with new games coming out soon that could push hardware to its limits. But it's your money, so do what you want!
I went for the Gigabyte Eagle OC because it looks great with my white setup, plus it runs cool and performs well! For your choices, I’d suggest going with either one since the differences are minor, mostly just in design.
I've got the PNY model and it's been awesome. It's super quiet even under full load and stays cool, which is a big plus!
