I've been playing on Verdansk and averaging around 110 FPS. I've tried a bunch of settings: high and low graphics, DDU, Precision Boost Overdrive, tweaking Nvidia control panel settings, and adjusting Windows CPU settings for performance. I even attempted to boost my RAM in the BIOS, but that led to my screen not turning on. I'm using water cooling for my AMD CPU, so there shouldn't be any thermal throttling. I expected to consistently hit 144 FPS for my 144Hz monitor. If anyone has any idea why I'm experiencing this issue, I'd love to hear your thoughts!

It sounds like your CPU might be acting as a bottleneck here. Have you checked to see if your GPU is running at 100% usage? Sometimes, the CPU can hold back the FPS performance.
How do I check that?
