I'm experiencing frame drops and lag while playing various games like Fortnite, Battlefield, and Call of Duty. My setup includes a 9070 XT graphics card, a 7500F CPU, and 16GB of DDR5 RAM. Should I adjust my game settings or is there something else I should check?

Are you playing at 1080p? You might want to look at your CPU temperatures and usage while gaming. High temps or maxed-out usage can really impact performance.

I play at 2K resolution, and I see my GPU usage hitting 100% while my CPU stays around 70-80%. When that happens, my FPS takes a big hit. Optimizing graphics settings could help!
