Why Are My Household Google Accounts Being Flagged as Underage?

I've noticed a weird issue in my household where several Google accounts are getting flagged as underage, and it's happening one after the other. Three accounts were deleted after we missed the verification deadline. Then, another account got flagged later, but I was able to recover it through a credit card appeal. All these accounts belong to adults, and we use the same Wi-Fi and devices. Can anyone explain why Google is doing this cascade age review across accounts? Is it triggered when one account is flagged? Also, once an account is deleted for age policy, is it really unrecoverable? Any insights would be super helpful!

Google's using AI for age verification right now, and it's been causing a lot of mistakes, flagging accounts incorrectly. It might be best to verify your accounts as soon as possible to prevent future issues.

It seems really irresponsible for Google to be deleting accounts without sufficient time to appeal, especially since AI can make mistakes. Itโs definitely frustrating!
Throwaway008: From what OP said, they were given some time to validate, so that could make a difference.

You might want to switch to Duck Duck Go. Itโs more user-friendly and offers better protection for your accounts.
JustCurious34: Lol, that's not a real replacement for a Google account though!
BrowserExplorer88: Is that actually a browser?

This reminds me of when Quora switched to AI moderation; things went downhill fast. Just like that, it seems Google is cutting corners with automated systems.

I've had two of my major accounts deleted without any luck in getting them back, even after submitting my driver's license. Itโs a huge bummer. If you figure something out, let me know.
ValidID123: I managed to recover mine with a credit card, but lost three others. Do you find that all your accounts are getting flagged one by one too?
