Hey everyone, I've run into a peculiar issue where the device list for printers and scanners is completely empty on a Windows 11 machine, despite having both deployed and locally installed printers. I initially thought it was a profile corruption issue, so I rebuilt the user profile, but that didn't fix anything. This has occurred on multiple machines across the company, and the strange part is that the printers do appear in the classic 'Devices and Printers' menu and print context windows. Here are the details: the machines are part of an Active Directory domain and have printers deployed via Group Policy. I'm suspecting a recent Windows update may be the culprit, but I'm looking for any insights or solutions from anyone who might have experienced something similar. Here's a link to an example of what I'm seeing: https://imgur.com/a/16A8BBv

Is the print spooler service running on the computer? Sometimes it can get stuck, which may cause the printers to not show up in the settings. Make sure it's running properly on both the local machine and print server.
Have you checked if the printer drivers are V3 or V4? It could be worth toggling between them to see if that resolves the problem. Sometimes driver versions can cause weird issues with visibility in the settings.
