I recently upgraded to a Ryzen 5800X and applied Noctua NT-H2 thermal paste, and I'm using a Kraken X53 cooler. However, I'm noticing that the temperature readings are quite erratic, with OCCT and NZXT showing different values. Do I need to wait for the thermal paste to settle in, or should I adjust the fan settings to even out the temperatures? Thanks for any insights!

What temperatures are you actually getting? That's key to figuring out if there’s a real issue or not.
It sounds like NZXT is reading between 40-60°C and OCCT shows around 30-35°C when idle. As soon as I start doing anything on my PC, OCCT jumps to over 45°C. It might just be how the coolers and software are reading it right now.
