Why are my videos buffering on Ethernet but not on Wi-Fi?

I recently got a new PC, but I'm facing an issue where videos tend to buffer when I'm connected via Ethernet. I checked the Device Manager and set the speed and duplex to auto negotiation, which worked for a while but then the problem returned. Any tips on how to resolve this? By the way, I did a speed test and both my Ethernet and Wi-Fi are showing 360 Mbps.

Consider how many devices you're connected to via Ethernet. If you've got multiple devices or hubs, double-check that there's no network loop, as that could lead to this buffering issue.

Have you tried running a speed test? If both connections are showing similar speeds, then it could be something else causing the buffering.

You might want to check your Ethernet cable. If it's an older model, it might not handle 4K very well. Just double-check the specifications.
