I'm really frustrated right now. On both my PC using the Xbox app and my Xbox Ally X with Xbox FSE, every non-Xbox game appears with a lock icon and no cover art. The strange part is that I can still launch all my games without any issues. I've tried multiple solutions, thinking it might be a problem on my PC, but nothing has worked:
- I tested it on the Ally, and the same issue persists.
- I used the SteamGridDB widget on the Ally X, but it didn't change a thing.
- I even factory reset the Ally using ASUS Cloud Recovery.
What's really infuriating is that I've seen so many people report that it works perfectly for them. I found only two others with this problem, and they didn't get any solutions either. This whole unified library concept is giving me a headache. Has anyone experienced this issue or found a workaround? I'd appreciate any help!

It sounds like this might just be a temporary glitch with the user experience. You could try connecting your device to a different network to check if the cover art loads properly. Since you're encountering this on both devices, it's unlikely that a PC tweak is causing it.

I doubt it's the network issue since my Ally is on Wi-Fi and my PC is on LAN. But I'll give that a shot just in case. Thanks for the suggestion!
