Hey everyone, I recently upgraded my setup and everything seems to be working well except for my RX 9070 XT graphics card fans, which aren't spinning at all. I installed a Ryzen 7 7800x3D CPU, paired it with a Gigabyte B650 UD AX motherboard, and added 32GB of Corsair Vengeance DDR5 RAM. I noticed this issue right after launching Windows; at first, I panicked and shut down my PC. I made sure to connect the 3x8 pin PCIe power connectors directly from my 700W Kolink Core Series PSU, and the display is functioning correctly. However, I'm puzzled why the fans aren't operating. Could anyone share insights on what might be going on? Thanks!

Most graphics cards are designed to keep their fans off when they're cool enough. Use a monitoring software like HWiNFO to check the temperature; it should be around 40-50 °C when idle. If you want the fans to spin constantly, there’s an option in AMD Adrenalin to disable zero RPM mode, though it’s not strictly necessary.

I appreciate the tips! I’ll look into that. Just want to ensure everything’s running well without overheating.
