Why Aren't My Text Message Notifications Showing Up?

I've tried every possible solution—hard resets, checking all my settings, ensuring I'm not on Do Not Disturb, and confirming that no conversations are muted. Despite all of this, I'm still not receiving any banners for incoming text messages. Can anyone help me figure out what's going on?

Have you checked your notification settings for the messaging app? Make sure they’re toggled on. It might help to uninstall any third-party messaging apps too, just in case they’re conflicting with system notifications.

What phone are you using? Sometimes notification issues can be specific to certain models.
