Why can I only access Outlook but not web browsers on my laptop?

I've been having trouble accessing the internet through any browser on my Asus Nitro AN515-58 running Windows 11 for the past two days. I can update my emails on Outlook without issues, but when I try to use any browser, I keep getting the error message saying 'Your internet access is blocked.' I don't have any antivirus software except for the default Windows Defender, and my router seems to be fine. I'm quite puzzled about what might be causing this problem.

It sounds like there could be a network configuration issue. Have you checked your router model? Also, did you recently change any settings, like firewall rules or software updates? Those could affect your internet access.

I’m actually using my workplace WiFi. I tried my personal hotspot, and I also plugged in an Ethernet cable, but still got the same error.

You might have a problem with proxy settings. It seems like your email uses POP3 or SMTP fine, but HTTP/HTTPS connections for your browsers are being blocked. Check your network settings and see if you can reset them to default, then restart your device to see if that helps.

I did reset the settings already. I downloaded AutoCAD a few days ago from an unofficial source, and now I'm worried that might have caused this issue.
