I recently switched to a new internet service provider (Bell Fibe in Canada) and now my wife and I are facing some frustrating issues. First off, she can't log into her work email through Roundcube, which is really affecting her productivity. We also lost access to our friend's Plex server, which we usually rely on for watching shows and movies.
Additionally, her Lenovo laptop running Windows 11 has the wrong time displayed. It recognizes the correct timezone but incorrectly shows that we're 11 hours ahead, and it doesn't allow her to set the time manually without adjusting the timezone. When we tether a device to our phones, everything works perfectly, and the time updates correctly. We've noticed that after rebooting the modem, we can access those servers briefly for about five minutes before running into an error.
Could this be a port issue, and how can we resolve it? Tech support from Bell hasn't been responsive. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Make sure you set your correct timezone; however, I don’t think that’s the main issue. You could also try using a VPN to access your friend's Plex server, as it can sometimes work around network restrictions.
You might need to check your router settings. Sometimes, security features could block certain websites or services. Try disabling specific security settings in your router to see if that helps you regain access to those servers.
If it's a work laptop, I’d recommend reaching out to your company's IT department to see if they can help sort out the issues. They might have specific settings or configurations that need to be addressed. Sometimes company laptops have stricter security settings that can cause these access issues.
