We've been using Claude without any issues, but my boss wants to use OpenAI GPT-5.6-sol in her setup. When I select the model in the playground, I receive an AccessDeniedException saying that OpenAI.gpt-5.6-sol isn't available for this account. I'm signed in with the root account, so I'm not sure whether this is an account permission issue, regional availability problem, or whether the model requires separate approval.

You’ll probably need to contact your technical account manager or the provider’s support team. The root account having access doesn’t necessarily mean every model is enabled for the account, and some models require separate approval or aren’t available in every region.
TAM means Technical Account Manager—the person who helps manage your organization’s relationship with the cloud provider.
Open a support case and ask them to check whether the model is enabled for your account and region. They can also confirm whether there are eligibility requirements or a separate access request. Being logged in as root doesn’t override model availability restrictions.
Thanks, I’ve opened a support case so they can check the account.

What does TAM mean in this context?
