I just built my new PC and everything was fine for a couple of hours. Suddenly, I can't click on anything or really do much of anything at all. Could this be related to my SSD or could I be missing some drivers? Any help would be appreciated!

Check under your mouse—if the light is blinking red, that indicates there's an issue. If it's not lit, open it up and see if there's any obvious damage.

I checked, and the mouse light is fine. I’ve also noticed that the boot process is slower than it should be, but once I've logged in, it freezes completely.

Can you clarify what you mean by "can't do anything"? Does the system respond at all if you press Ctrl+Alt+Del? How about when you first log in? It would help to know the specifics of when this issue starts so we can assist you better.

It sounds like your mouse might be malfunctioning. Have you tried using a different mouse to see if that resolves the issue? Sometimes, just switching out the mouse can make a difference. Also, if you're stuck, you can use the Tab key on your keyboard to navigate through Windows—might help you find out if the system is actually responsive.
