When I press and hold an app, choose "Remove App," and try to delete it, my iPhone only gives me the option to remove it from the Home Screen. The apps are third-party apps, including Microsoft Teams, and I don't have Screen Time set to block app deletion. How can I permanently remove them from the phone?

You don’t have to use the App Library to delete an app. From the Home Screen, touch and hold the app, tap “Remove App,” then choose “Delete App.” “Remove from Home Screen” only hides the icon while leaving the app installed. If “Delete App” never appears, a restriction or management profile is probably blocking deletion.
Check your Screen Time settings under Content & Privacy Restrictions. There’s a separate “Deleting Apps” option that needs to be set to Allow. If it’s already allowed, also check whether the iPhone is managed by a workplace or school, since device-management policies can prevent apps from being deleted.
That’s the problem—the “Delete App” option doesn’t appear at all, even for Microsoft Teams, and Screen Time says app deletion is allowed.
