Why Can't I Find DeepSeek R1 in Perplexity AI?

I noticed that DeepSeek R1 seems to be missing from the reasoning model options in Perplexity AI. The only choices I see now are 03-mini and Claude 3.7 Sonnet. Does anyone know why this is happening?

That's strange! I still see R1 listed, so it might be a temporary glitch on your end. Have you tried clearing your cookies?

I noticed that R1 appears on mobile but not on my laptop. It could be a regional thing as I heard DeepSeek has restrictions in some areas.
