Why Can't I Find My PCIe Network Card in Device Manager?

I recently installed a TP-Link PCIe network card, but it's not showing up in Device Manager under Network Adapters. There's also an MSI wireless PCIe card included, and it's not appearing either. What steps should I take to troubleshoot this?

I ran the installer but still can't find it in Device Manager. Might have to try reinstalling the drivers and ensuring everything is seated properly.
