I'm having a problem trying to access my pictures on my Windows computer. When I click on the pictures folder, I get a message saying that the location is unavailable. It suggests making sure the device or drive is connected and to try again. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Make sure that OneDrive is running and that you're logged in. Sometimes, if your files are stored in OneDrive, it needs to be synced to access them properly. Also, check your internet connection just to be safe!
If OneDrive is still an issue, try accessing your pictures through File Explorer. Right-click on the start menu, open File Explorer, and navigate to the pictures folder directly from there to see if it lets you in.
