Why can’t I see my new SSD during Windows installation?

Hey everyone! I'm at the stage of installing Windows on my brand new SSD, but I'm stuck at the "Where do you want to install Windows" screen. I can't see any installation options, and the only buttons available to me are to Refresh or to Load Driver. I previously tried to rescue my old SSD but ended up buying a new one instead. I've followed a few tutorials for installation, and I'm pretty sure I set the SSD up correctly. I'm looking for any advice on how to get past this issue. Thanks!

Is your SSD an NVMe drive? If you're using a newer laptop with an Intel CPU (11th gen or later), you might need to check if Intel VMD is enabled. You can usually disable it in the BIOS Setup. Alternatively, consider adding the Intel Rapid Storage Technology driver to your installation USB, as the specific driver depends on your CPU generation.

First thing you should do is check if the drives are recognized in the BIOS. This could give you some insight into whether the SSD is properly connected or if there are any issues.
