I recently purchased a pre-built system featuring a Ryzen 5 7500F and a 9060 XT from Itopya. Everything was running smoothly until a few days ago. Now, when I boot up the computer, the processor and graphics card fans only run for a second, and the lights flicker on before everything turns off momentarily. After this brief pause, the system powers up and works fine under load without any shutdowns or motherboard warnings. I did notice the power supply cable was slightly exposed, so I reseated it. Could anyone help me figure out what's causing this? I ran an OCCT power test and have some results to share: [https://imgur.com/a/MfLgpH2](https://imgur.com/a/MfLgpH2). My power supply is an FSP Hyper EVO 80+ EVO.

That startup behavior sounds pretty normal, actually. A lot of systems go through a brief moment during POST where the fans might spin and then stop before the actual boot-up sequence kicks in. I have a few machines that do the same thing without any issues.

That's true! Just like you mentioned, I usually see my CPU fans and RGB lights come on without a hitch. But once in a while, there’s that weird pause where everything flickers before it boots. It’s all good unless you notice any performance problems or weird signals from the motherboard.
