Why do some profile pages load as a blank screen?

When I visit my profile on a video-sharing website, clicking sections such as Messages, New Uploads, or My Friends only leads to a completely white page. I've already tried disabling and re-enabling my ad blocker, but the problem hasn't changed. What other troubleshooting steps should I try?
